KronosClub: Watch Collectors and Aficionados Site. For 39,000€ you get a radial power reserve indicator, digital minutes 24-hour chrono, date, GMT, function selector, antimagnetic mechanism, reset to zero seconds, ceramic bezel, TiVan 15 case, fine adjustable buckle and a watch that is made out of over 500 parts! There is no argument with me that 39k is a lot of money, yet considering what you get here is a bargain! The watch has only one handicap. It looks much better on. The wrist than off.

KronosBlog: F.P. Journe "Centigraphe Souverain"

KronosClub: Watch Collectors and Aficionados Site. FP Journe "Centigraphe Souverain". What can I say? The box is beautiful but serves like most others little purpose after the initial "contact". A very elegant watch despite its quite aggressive dial design. The crown is very easy to grip and handle as it should be for a manual. Movement finish is impeccable and in accord with the level of watch but I am missing at least one inward angle. Alignment of hands at 12 o'clock: PERFECT. Contrast Day: * *. As a ...

KronosClub: Watch Collectors and Aficionados Site. The last V8. I meant , AMVOX2! Now, who/what is the last AMVOX2? Needless to say that those registered owners will also receive the Boutique VIP status. What is VIP status? Well, receiving pieces well before everybody, the possibility to reserve number if still available, visits to the manufacture, Jaeger Master Class courses, tickets to events sponsored by Jaeger, etc. I guess buying from a Jaeger leCoultre Boutique has its perks. KronosClub: Watch Collectors and Aficionados Site. Jaeger leCoultre: SIHH 2011. I do not know about you, but I am missing quite a couple of complications in larger and thinner Reverso cases. (At first I thought they where where keeping them for last! Regardless, let's get on with it. As described before the "Tribute to Reverso" is quite a piece. Perfect size, impeccable proportions, elegant, well balanced, comfortable and above all iconic. Monday, January 31, 2011. Sunday, January 23, 2011. Anyway, durin...

KronosBlog: All good things...
http://kronosclub.blogspot.com/2011/09/all-good-things.html
KronosClub: Watch Collectors and Aficionados Site. Come to an end, yet not today! This will enable me to diversify my involvement in watches while keeping it fun and independent. The challenge to join a team implicated in something unseen in the industry (open yet fair criticism and lack of censorship) is one that I simply could not resist. This will be my last post on this blog. From today on I will we posting on the new blog. I hope to see you all there soon, and please let yourselves known. Cheers!

KronosBlog: Patek Philippe: Regulator "5235G"
http://kronosclub.blogspot.com/2011/06/patek-philippe-regulator-5235g.html
KronosClub: Watch Collectors and Aficionados Site. Patek Philippe: Regulator "5235G". Maybe, but leaving all these battles aside I would like to remind everybody that Patek is still the "Ambassador" of the Swiss watch industry to the world. So a bit of caution is advised. Anyway, should any of these rumors be true, nobody will be able to shut me up. Well, on to the latest addition to their collection, and it is quite an unusual one. Who would have though, a regulator?
