We pride ourselves on the level of service we provide our residents, The Villa employs a team of staff with extensive experience. We have RGN’s and care assistants on duty 24 hours a day 365 days a year. The manager or assistant manager carry out assessments on all prospective residents before they come to join us, this is to ensure we can meet their needs. Our staff turnover level is far below the industry standard allowing residents to build meaningful and long term friendships with the team. We also have a Chef, Kitchen Assistants, Housekeepers, Laundry Assistants and a Maintenance person within our team. Our office staff handle the residents’ financial matters and all administrative duties are all dealt with by our office team.
