La storia di questo scritto inizia la scorsa estate, quando acquistai, più o meno distrattamente, una bottiglia di sidro alla mela cotogna, talmente buono che ne parlai qui. Purtroppo la bottiglia ha stazionato in cantina fino ad inizio anno, comunque almeno fino a dopo il mio ritorno in Alto Adige per la fine dell’anno. Cerco allora di reperire il numero di telefono del produttore, e lo contatto.
