Friday, March 22, 2013. It is always a dead give-in at the Eddins house when we are getting ready to leave on a trip.the minute the suitcases get brought upstairs the dogs start to pout! My cousin Jorden had agreed to watch the two of them while we made our way to Oklahoma for Spring Break. . We originally talked about going to Cabo, but with flights and different issues with dates, we decided that wasn't going to work, and probably for the best as I am sure it was packed! Lila was asked by Hilltop Ranch, where she is taking riding lessons, to ride Bud in the Cedar Rapids Freedom Festival Parade! Can you imagine her excitement? Saturday, August 31, 2013. How is it possible that a whole year has sailed by in regards to education? Sunday, June 8, 2014. Live - Love - Dance: Recital 2014. This year June 6th was a big day for Lila! Not only did she graduate preschool, but it was also her dance recital, too (it is also her Grammy and Uncle Jason's birthday)! She was in the Tinies 1-2 class at Dancer's Edge that ran the length of the school year. They ended the year with a ballet performance to the tune "The Way to Bake" from Snow White. Saturday, November 1, 2014. A Halloween fit for a Princess! A sure sign that it is fall are the costumes and candy of Halloween! I actually really like Halloween, I know there are some people who aren't so fond of it, but particularly as a Mom, I enjoy watching the kids get all dressed up and run from house to house with the anticipation of collecting their loot! This year she was a bit torn between Glinda the Good Witch and the Pink Princess you see below! Dress up @ Dancers Edge. The parade was so cute!
