The two main items, 420 layoffs or a one year pay freeze? One or the other. Then there are a couple of more things that need to be altered. Once for a annual check up, he's a little chubby. Vet recommended a weight of 14lbs, he's currently 16lbs. Other than that he's tip top. BTW a trip to the Vet is costly.
