無論如何嚴寒，如何冰霜，每到風飄雪虐之時，她都會風姿清湛地傲然定放。於是，寒冬一片調零，唯獨一剪寒梅，傲立於風雪中。梅，獨倚花季而開，是美麗的，卻也更孤寂。但也只有遠離塵世喧鬧，世俗繁華的孤寂，才會來去從容，雲淡風輕。因此，寒梅，用其幽香的花瓣，撥動人們的心弦，帶著溫暖，慢慢散溢…. 那天教完課,從早到晚滴食未進的五臟府咕噥地催促著我趕快祭祭它.我自然不敢怠慢,速速到公司附近新張沒幾個月的kopitiam解決掉吵鬧的五臟腑.這下可省到了,早午晚餐一起解決. 對咖啡與茶這種含咖啡因的飲料愛不釋手的我,點了"參冰"來解饞(攝取適量的咖啡因有助於抗氧化喔).這家kopitian泡茶的功夫還不錯,咖啡與茶的比例剛剛好,誰也不爭誰的鋒頭.咖啡香濃微苦,茶甘醇不澀,奶精營造了甜甜的環境讓它們的愛升溫,實為天作之合的絕妙搭配! 鍾愛這種飲料,可是卻非每家咖啡店都能冲泡出好喝的"參",不是咖啡未太重,就是茶太澀. 咖啡優先於雞扒上桌.在等待食物的同時,先別浪費時間,把翻譯工作拿出來做.怎知,剛下過大雨的街,吹起大風,將我的字稿吹起來,把咖啡打翻了.是稿太重呢? 對了,它叫"uncle chok kopitiam".

You know how it is like when you gotta start anew, whether it is starting school, starting a new semester, starting work etc, and you need to buy new things? All new things are shinny and nice. But when you are forced to buy something just for some 6 day kursus, all you can hear is the weeping sound of your bank account. I phoned the organizing committee that day to clear my confusion.
