My journey towards a healthier 2010…. Day 03; the headache…. January 3, 2010 in Meltdown 2010. I know the idea is supposed to be in bed, sleeping at 10.30pm, not in bed, blogging, but at least I’m in bed, way earlier than usual. Workouts have suffered today due to the headache, I did go for a 45 minute run which ticks off the cardio, but that’s all. Back to it tomorrow though, alarm is set for 6.30am ready for Meltdown! My blogging has been shocking over the last couple of days, which somewhat mirrors my exercise efforts. I have stuck to the ED but not necessarily to the Wave, but after the talking-to from Dax this morning I’m going back to re-read everything and make sure this week I’m following the plan to the letter…. Also, just took my measurements which are as follows:. Bodyweight: 145 lbs (66kg) (-1.2 lbs).

Started the day well with my Pyramid workout, beat my previous best and made it down to the end of level 3. Porridge with banana for breakfast, with mint tea. We’d planned a shopping trip to the West End so spent most of the day wandering around shops, trying not to spend money, and dreaming of buying smaller sizes in the summer!
