After numerous trials, and when we are confident that the rat can correctly match the sample shown, we will then switch the scents to the shapes. It would be interesting to see what the rat will do at this point. Will she match the sample based on the shape? Will she be totally confused and match the scent? One of the classes I am enrolled in this Fall Semester, 2007 is Psychology 381 – Applied Behavioral Analysis. Under the expert guidance of Dr. David MacEwen, we will learn empirical and theoretical approaches to the study of the mechanisms of adaptive behavior. What does this all mean? Just another WordPress.com weblog. September 13, 2007. September 10, 2007. Stella and I started clicker training today! I am not sure if I am doing this the way I am should! It was rather difficult today and I really do not feel like I accomplished anything! Every time I did the clicker Stella went to the bathroom in the aquarium I was using. I also stuck my hand in the cage to drop a treat and she would jump on my arm every time to get out! I am going to think about a different approach for tomorrow!
