Thursday, 28 February 2013. Sally and Ann's Excellent Adventure 50: Happy swimmer. I didn't ask this man's name, but we chatted for a while as we rested between laps. We were both enjoying the water at Dee Why pool. He agreed to let me take his photo. He was visiting with his children and nephews. We play king and serfs, hide-and-seek and war-break…. Mammy would stop we to torture we. We had to drink a-terrible-tea. A small tea-cup o’ warm-hot water and a li’l scoop o’ de-very-dark-and-terrible-thing. As soon as she turn she back, floooops, down the sink mine did flow. Man, it glide down me throat and fill me belly like bliss.

I love Sydney but now I love Adelaide as well. I was so excited this morning. because my friend Myeonjoo visited me from Sydney. I miss her so much so I was really happy see her again. Unfortunately, it was raining but I wanted her to see the ocean. So we went to Glenelg by tram. We counld't stop talking on the tram. There were a lot to talk each other. It was very windy and cool. I love Sydney but now I love Adelaide as well. I walked on the Henley Beach this morning. It was such a quiet morning. There weren't so many people but I saw something in the water. Probably 2 dolphins, it might have been a mother and a young. They were swiming about within 10 metres from the beach. I was so excited! But soon after that, they have gone somewhere. I love Sydney but now I love Adelaide as well. I felt that last week was especially short. I got so many new word every day. I often didn't understand what the teacher said. I'm not really good at listening English. I revised the lessons every night so I could understand what I leanet. We had a test on Friday but I didn't think it was difficult. However I still don't understand what our teacher says but I like my friendly classmates. On Saturday I visited my new friend's house. Her house was very nice.

I love Sydney but now I love Adelaide as well. I went to driving on the hill. I saw a nice city view from Scenic Restaurant. Where I stoped for a coffee. There were a beautiful old church and a post office. It was very quiet. I had a lovely coffee and a piece of cake. It was so steepy on the way up to there. I was thinking that it is impossible to go there without car. Next time I will be there early in the morning or in the evening in order to see a different view. It was very quiet nice evening.
