According to the Standard and Poor's Case/Schiller index, Seattle home prices rose 0.44% in October. This is the first monthly gain for our area in 2 1/2 years. Home price index, is reporting a modest increase in September. Their index shows prices rose 0.3% in September. We are (having) so much fun! We aren't trying to rub it in.really. Thursday, May 17, 2012. Well, we still have to caulk the baseboards, and add in one missing piece (did you notice where? But for utilitarian purposes, we have arrived. I can't stop looking at it, I assume you people feel the same way, so I am posting more pictures. The finals on the financials are being sorted out too and I am looking forward to seeing how things ended up! We are so excited for football parties this year! Well done, Girls.

This is up from a week ago at 5.38%. It appears (at least for the immediate future) that our super low rates in the mid to upper fours are a thing of the past.
