A Wandering Born Free: August 2013
http://wanderingbornfree.blogspot.com/2013_08_01_archive.html
A Wandering Born Free. Born Free 27' Rear Bath. My Born Free (Sold). Solar on Born Free. Wednesday, August 7, 2013. Warning: Sharp curves ahead! Sharp curves and steep hills were the order for today and yesterday. Highway 12 in Washington. Yesterday I traveled I90 to I82 then turned off on Highway 12 almost to I5. The interstate had lots of steep hills and 12 had hills and curves. Good thing I was not in a hurry to get anywhere. I drove down from the top of those cliffs. Thursday, August 1, 2013. Yesterd...

A Wandering Born Free. Born Free 27' Rear Bath. My Born Free (Sold). Solar on Born Free. Friday, March 14, 2014. Sitting in my chair near a cholla cactus. Thursday, March 13, 2014. I am currently at KOFA wildlife refuge camping in my car. I have found a campsite off the beaten path that has been very quiet and solitary. I just barely have internet using my Sleek with my Verizon Jetpack so will keep this brief. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Rolling in a RV - Wheelchair Traveling.
A Wandering Born Free: December 2013

A Wandering Born Free. Born Free 27' Rear Bath. My Born Free (Sold). Solar on Born Free. Saturday, December 21, 2013. After a rainy and windy day, nature apologizes. Thursday, December 19, 2013. I did a little more cleaning on my car today but I did not wash the exterior. It was very windy today and I figured it would just get dusty again right away. I may wash it just before we make the trip to Albuquerque or maybe the rain expected tomorrow will wash it for me. Wednesday, December 18, 2013. The overnig...
A Wandering Born Free: A ride on the Discovery Trail
http://wanderingbornfree.blogspot.com/2015/04/a-ride-on-discovery-trail.html
A Wandering Born Free. Born Free 27' Rear Bath. My Born Free (Sold). Solar on Born Free. Friday, April 24, 2015. A ride on the Discovery Trail. The Discovery Trail is a beautiful trail along the ocean, all paved, with interesting signs along the way about the Lewis and Clark Expedition. I lucked out with a sunny day for a trike ride. Starting out at my campsite, I was able to get right on the trail after a short push along a sandy trail. Along the way, I took lots of pictures. Here are a few of them.

A Wandering Born Free. Born Free 27' Rear Bath. My Born Free (Sold). Solar on Born Free. Wednesday, April 30, 2014. Here is my campsite. Not too many people here. My Born Free looks rather bare. I removed the large grey stripes because they looked very dirty like there was mold or something under the surface. This is what they looked like after cleaning. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Are we losing our humanity? Photo of Chi by Kara Taylor. A week ago, my heart broke when my son called to tell me that someone had shot and killed his dog. The pain bubbles up as I write this now. Chi was such a sweet, loving little dog, the canine counterpart of my son. They were the perfect match. Chi might have been the very best present I ever gave my son. As the story unfolds of how this happened, I have struggled to make sense of it all. I want to be fair. A farmer has the absolute right to sho...

Wandering the Borderlands
Lumous 2015: Sunday Sukkula Venukseen. With her cool hoodie. I forgot my bubbles! The labyrinth was too easy. Hanging outside is such a nice way to relax after few days of partying and listening to bands indoors. I had such a good Lumous this year, one of the best ever! Now perhaps all the festivals for my summer have gone, but there's still some nice events coming up, some gigs, zombie stuff perhaps and if the weather allows some general hanging around and enjoying the summer, so no reason to be too sad.

Oldsters giving technology a whirl. Tuesday, March 22, 2011. We are both doing fine and waiting with baited breath for Regs, Karley and Preston to get here, so we can do the Disneyland punishment march. Hopefully this trip we can do it all in one day. A Wandering Born Free
A Wandering Born Free. Born Free 27' Rear Bath. Friday, April 24, 2015. It was extremely windy with showers off and on so I didn't stay long or take many pictures. Back at the parking lot, I found and took off on the North Head Trail. It is the squiggly line below the red dot. This is a great trail typical of western Oregon and Washington with huge trees, lots of vegetation, and mud. I loved every minute of it! Fortunately, I had my Leki hiking poles with me or I would have had a tough time of it. I star...

The Wandering Bostonian
Transplanted Bostonian that still follows the Red Sox and craves a good New England Clam Chowder every now and again. I've been a few places, lived in quite a few spots, but really enjoy the PNW and its greenery. Rain is Sexy, you know. View my complete profile. Thursday, July 30, 2009. I need to see new things and try new foods, new sports, new people. Is it possible I have been with the same man for too long? Or could having children open me up to a whole new world of possibilities I haven't considered?
