Semper Gumby: July 2011
http://wearesempergumby.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
Bloom where you're planted. Thursday, July 28, 2011. Semper Paratus, Always Ready. It's the motto of the US Coast Guard, and therefore something we're expected to live by (seeing as my husband is IN the Coast Guard). In the two years we've been married we've moved across the country, had a baby in a place where we knew two people, and my husband's schedule has changed 7 times (6 of them in the last year! Oh, and don't bother asking what my husband does for The Coast Guard, because I have no idea!

http://wearesempergumby.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html
Bloom where you're planted. Monday, October 3, 2011. Busy, busy, busy! It seems I can't get moving on the blog ever since Little Joe Man started, well. MOVING! He's crawling and learning to stand up, and I'm learning to keep up. Also we had a fabulously fun trip to visit Grandma, Grandpa, and Nana in California! Then we went to visit some cousins in Baltimore for the weekend! What can I say, we're movers and shakers over here in Virginia these days. They had tons of wonderful food for us, wi-fi, a little...

Semper Gumby: April 2013
http://wearesempergumby.blogspot.com/2013_04_01_archive.html
Bloom where you're planted. Saturday, April 6, 2013. Evelyn's first Easter was oh so fun, even though it rained and all festivities were forced indoors. We started the day at Mass, and then had friends over for a luncheon with egg painting and an egg hunt for the kids. The kids had so much fun too! Thursday, April 4, 2013. The thing about winter is. It sucks the freaking life out of you! Seriously folks, I feel like Phil. And I want to kill Phil. We also got Evelyn's 3 month pictures back, and they turne...

Semper Gumby: Homeschool Update: Running out of Room
http://wearesempergumby.blogspot.com/2013/09/homeschool-update-running-out-of-room.html
Bloom where you're planted. Wednesday, September 4, 2013. Homeschool Update: Running out of Room. It's been a while since I've mentioned much about little man, JoeJoe. We set up his homeschool corner back in January, and developed some goals for him. It was nothing to grand (he was BARELY 2) just a spot to sit and focus. Another hurdle has been little guy's speech delays. Therapy 2-3 times per week pretty much kills whatever "sit still capacity" a 2 year old boy has in him. As I watched the schoo...He ca...

Semper Gumby: January 2013
http://wearesempergumby.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Bloom where you're planted. Thursday, January 24, 2013. My mom thinks I'm crazy. And so does my Grandma. Meanwhile, my best friend is cautiously optimistic, and also a little shocked. This is the part where you ask why. brace yourself. I cut up my wedding dress. Yup this beautiful gown right here:. I might be starting to panic just a little bit, damn you Pinterest! My MIL did this with hers, she made 3, one for each of her kids and all mine have been baptised in it.so special and a great hereloom (sp?

Semper Gumby: October 2012
http://wearesempergumby.blogspot.com/2012_10_01_archive.html
Bloom where you're planted. Thursday, October 25, 2012. Yeah I have one of those, somewhere. I don't really know why I stopped blogging. Facebook took over all the social networking I seemed to have time for, and then Pinterest. Oh! How I have a love-hate relationship with Pinterest! Plus, it's just been a busy year! By the time March rolled around we found out we were expecting Baby #2! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Hosted by Smiling Sally. Hosted by A Southern Daydreamer.

Semper Gumby: Manual Labor; The start of a school room
http://wearesempergumby.blogspot.com/2013/09/manual-labor-start-of-school-room.html
Bloom where you're planted. Saturday, September 7, 2013. Manual Labor; The start of a school room. Well today, I am physically spent by 10am! My back hurts, and I'm on my 3rd cup of coffee, FYI. I just REALLY needed to get this stuff done, and assess my current supplies and storage, before I start buying things this week. It's fun to get it done too! I'm really excited about this latest venture, so anything I can do over the next few days to get the ball rolling I'm doing! It's about to get crazy in here!

Semper Gumby: November 2013
http://wearesempergumby.blogspot.com/2013_11_01_archive.html
Bloom where you're planted. Thursday, November 21, 2013. I still don't know how it happened so fast, but our little Evie Roo is ONE! I love to throw a big party, and her first little birthday was definitely a good reason to celebrate. I started putting together a Pinterest board. When she was 3 months old (and later needed a second board. That was more 1st birthday specific)! It paid off, as one friend put it on her arrival: "It looks like Pinterest exploded in your house! I call that a success! We love ...

Semper Gumby: Study Space
http://wearesempergumby.blogspot.com/2013/09/study-space.html
Bloom where you're planted. Wednesday, September 18, 2013. It has been a buzz of activity for the last 10 days in this house! Little did I know as I wrote my last post that we would go all the way to Kentucky the very next morning! We had been waiting for the right situation to replace my husbands truck to come along, and when it did, we jumped. After our return I spent 3 days, essentially, hung over. Then I had to scramble to finish what I had started with my new school room! We have a much more functio...

http://wearesempergumby.blogspot.com/2013/09/settling-in.html
Bloom where you're planted. Sunday, September 29, 2013. I've been putting off writing for a couple of weeks as we've tried to get settled into our new school schedule. Things have been going really well! And in case you have chosen to think that I have a perfect child that is still for pictures, let me enlighten you. It took 30minutes to get 3 halfway decent pics! If you home school young children you MUST visit this blog. As a matter of fact, I'm linking there today! Or "Purple pen please! This is helpi...
