I have lost some weight but am now at a stand still, and have been for a couple of months. I joined Myfittnesspal, it is a site that helps you log your exercise and calories intake and it does all the math for you. I have been on 1200 calories for about three months, The site sugjests that I should be loseing weight but I am not. Have hypo/hyper thyroid also. Comment or message me.
