Live, Love, Eat! 1 pound ground beef. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1 onion, chopped. 2 6-oz cans tomato paste. 1 16-oz can chopped tomatoes, drained. 1 1/2 cups water. 1 tablespoon dried basil. 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary. 2 large eggs, lightly beaten. 2 cups ricotta cheese. 1 8-oz carton sour cream. 2 tablespoons dried parsley. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided. 1/2 cup grated romano cheese, divided. 2 8-oz packages of mozzarella cheese slices. Arrange mozzarella slices on top. Good, easy and filling.

Live, Love, Eat! 1/4 cup plain yogurt. 2 Scallions, Thinly Sliced. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill. Freshly ground white pepper. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate. Makes about 1/2 cup. Western NC BBQ Sauce. 2 cups apple cider vinegar. 2 cups apple cider (apple juice may be substituted). 1 10oz can mango nectar. 2 TBS red pepper flakes. 1/4 tsp chili powder. 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper. Remove from heat and let stand until cool. 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar.
