This is Jen and Timber. They work together to keep the seagulls away from the restaurants and events at the hotel. Timber is a Harris hawk and is trained not to attack the birds, only to scare them away. They work 5 days a week, 6 hours a day. Timber is very effective at what she does! This time we are off to Milwaukee, Wisconsin and the Harley Davidson Museum. The building is very nice and as expected from Harley Davidson is very well done. This is the Harley Davidson #1 Motorcycle. The motor was found with the engine number of 1and most of the remaining parts recreated to the exact specifications. While on the train they stopped to let off a group of surveyors. The real issue was we were in the middle of nowhere and I mean nowhere. This time we are off to Alpine, California, near San Diego to the West Coast Sky Falconry location. The site is located in the hills of Alpine, California. Just the right location for training hawks and falcons. This is a Harris Hawk. He is a predator in every way. A man has a grip of around 80 psi, while a hawk can have over 500 psi.
