http://westhillalpacas.blogspot.com/2015_07_01_archive.html
Thursday, 30 July 2015. Next one is a girl, Judi and an lovely white suri I am so excited about! Time for a coffee and a piece of cake I think! Wednesday, 29 July 2015. Another exciting day here! Checked the girls first thing then went to do the sheep and then to the bank (never really feel comfortable going to see the bank manager! I should have then gone straight to Mother and the library van but I felt I should check on the girl's first - and glad I am that I did! Saturday, 25 July 2015. This is going...

Westhill Alpacas: May 2015
http://westhillalpacas.blogspot.com/2015_05_01_archive.html
Friday, 29 May 2015. The Bath and West. Wednesday was the Bath and West Show. I only went for the one day as there were other calls on time for the other days - and I only managed to take photos as we were setting up (I then forgot! You are quite right, Barbara, I managed no celebrity pictures! Wednesday was the fibre day so there were just a few alpacas there. The weather threatened rain at one or two points but managed to hold off - I think they may have caught a sharp shower or two there today. Saturd...

Westhill Alpacas: Part missing
http://westhillalpacas.blogspot.com/2015/07/part-missing.html
Friday, 10 July 2015. I am now starting to get my birthing stuff ready for the alpacas as they come into their birthing window in less than two weeks. Zara is highly uncomfortable in addition to being pestered by flies. And Bianca - well! Sam sheared her and appears to have given her a beard! I think, though, it will be Belinda or Flem who are first. I forgot to take photos of them. 13 July 2015 at 00:02. Wow the girls look huge. Looking forward to seeing the cria! 13 July 2015 at 14:22. But wow has it r...

Westhill Alpacas: Ellingham and Ringwood Show - plus cria!
http://westhillalpacas.blogspot.com/2015/08/ellingham-and-ringwood-show-plus-cria.html
Monday, 10 August 2015. Ellingham and Ringwood Show - plus cria! Ellingham and Ringwood Show on Saturday which meant an exceedingly early start - at least we were not taking any alpacas so that lessened the stress! I did have Zara due to birth but had the help of the lovely Tractor Boy who took his duties very seriously and must have checked her constantly! Kristy had her first go in the ring taking one of the colour champions round along with Carl and Sam - so a good day! Luckily Zara didn't produce but...

Westhill Alpacas: February 2015
http://westhillalpacas.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
Saturday, 21 February 2015. Photos didn't happen - it rained! But just to show there is occasional sun here are some alpaca bottoms with BLUE sky! Spring is on the way - despite a flurry of snow this afternoon! Wednesday, 18 February 2015. I almost suffered further injury the night before as I wasn't feeling well so went up to bed and woke to find Little Wee, the cat, in the process of eating me - or at least attempting to! Now the camera is fixed so I am trying for nice alpaca photos to blog tomorrow.

Westhill Alpacas: August 2015
http://westhillalpacas.blogspot.com/2015_08_01_archive.html
Thursday, 27 August 2015. Weather is a bit unpredictable here. Just set off to tackle the docks and stingers in the back paddock and the heavens opened - now the sun is shining. I have decided o give up and write this instead as we have sheep jobs tonight and I don't want to start off wet! Cria are all doing well although Lina's little one is still a bit weedy. Apart from Lina's cria and Cassie's they are all much more independent now. So far only one has a name so I will have to work on that! It has bee...

Westhill Alpacas: June 2015
http://westhillalpacas.blogspot.com/2015_06_01_archive.html
Tuesday, 30 June 2015. A day behind - but feet still ache! I wrote this yesterday so it is all a day behind - photos would not upload so I have returned to it tonight! I have aching feet and a headache which is why I am now sitting here waiting for rice to boil rather than shouting encouragement to Carl who is cutting the little paddocks. No rest on Sunday as we were due at the Transport of Yesteryear Show in Weymouth - one of our favourites. The alpacas behaved very well and I am sure they recognised it.

Westhill Alpacas: March 2015
http://westhillalpacas.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Monday, 23 March 2015. Sun making a brief appearance meant a lot of playing dead from the boys. But I have no time for sunbathing as the sheep are keeping me busy - the latest was Angelina this morning. I was a bit worried about the smallest so gave him a couple of stomach tubes - he perked up but finds it hard to find the teat fast enough. I was going to give him a bottle tonight but Angelina is a very protective Mum and she has decided I have interfered enough! Sunday, 15 March 2015. I am sorry - I am ...
