Wednesday, December 27, 2006. Well once again we are in another airport - Heathrow - although we are going to be here for a little bit longer than expected. Why you might ask? Today is the 27th and our London leg is officially over. Christmas went well in the country - even played tennis on Christmas day! Oh well, gotta fly - literally. I hope you are all enjoying daylight, the one thing I am certainly missing as it gets dark at 4pm. Posted by Vinnie @ 11:57 PM. Saturday, December 23, 2006. Anyway, if yo...

Sunday, August 20, 2006. Should our personal believes and our own convictions get in the way of our friendships if our friends or even our family members are doing something we disagree with? Are we so insecure in our own believes that we can't continue our relationship or is discontinuing our friendship our way of showing our friend that we totally disagree with their actions and until they stop we will have no part of that friendship? Did Jesus really teach this? Do I agree with dating a none Christian?

Monday, October 23, 2006. Should I be loyal or a sell out? I started this blog after the interest shown by Kylie, Mike and Davin and with them saying I should join. So I signed up. But now it seems that they have all gone to MySpace and I am left here blogging away by myself at BlogSpot - well Mike still is posting regularly but I am seeing that MySpace account get a could working over. Should I switch and follow the crowd? Posted by Vinnie @ 10:37 PM. Tuesday, October 17, 2006. Where does it go?

Wednesday, September 20, 2006. Yes, it has been done. I have completed my first ever 20km run last weekend. Man it was tough and there were a few hills I ended walking up! Now only 5 and a half weeks until the Auckland Half Marathon, so I can have confidence I will actually be able to complete it. Acts 20:24 (NIV) .I consider my life worth nothing to me, if only I may finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me - the task of testifying to the gospel of God's grace. Saturday, June 24, 2006. The end of an era. I sometimes look back and think I could have done with a few more years at uni. Neither a lofty degree of intelligence nor imagination nor both together go to the making of genius. Love, love, love, that is the soul of genius. Posted by Vinnie @ 12:32 PM. Auckland, New Zealand. Tuesday, February 28, 2006. Life is a rollercoaster. This last week has been such an emotional rollercoaster and I haven't come to the end yet. I never really liked the rollercoaster at Rainbow's End, feeling totally out of control. The only thing you can do is sit down and enjoy the ride so to speak. I prefer the bumper cars, at least you have control of where you are going. Posted by Vinnie @ 10:26 AM. Wednesday, February 22, 2006. Feeling like a kid. Posted by Vinnie @ 3:18 PM. I come in peace. Sunday, March 19, 2006. My interesting thought for the day, but somewhat disturbing, is the amount of sweat that would have produced at today's round the bays. I say I would have sweated at least 300ml and then if every participant did the same on average, knowing that some guys seriously sweat. Taking a conservative 75,000 participants that equates to 22,500l of sweat. Now isn't that a nice thought. Posted by Vinnie @ 4:03 PM. Friday, March 10, 2006.
