Sunday, November 10, 2013. I'm pretty behind with posting - no excuses - just lazy i guess! I found these pics and remembered running in some of the nasty white stuff a couple of weeks ago. this was about half-way up k2 . Most of the trail was clear though . Wednesday, July 1, 2015. I'm never sure i'm going to get to the finish when i do these huge runs, especially after my track record the past few years, but this time i felt kinda almost nearly 85% confident! Training went well, very well! I got duncan to drop water on the 5th, got up at a reasonable 6am, packed my shit and ran over to hockley and back. what could go wrong! I also did some early morning runs - love these . Where would you rather be . An hour tire pull with alice at the end of a 6 hour run .

Sunday, June 29, 2014. Happy birthday little red . I KNEW i should have taken a right turn at albuquerque on saturday! I was up in hockley, and was scheduled to do around 4 hours. Thursday, August 28, 2014. It all started in 2010 when i decided to train for the fatdog 100 - which was actually 120 - but that's another story. I worked my ass off (or according to my friend sera, my lack of ass) off. I went to alaska for a 5 day training camp, i did a 50 miler in new york which almost killed me, and i did a ton of crossfit. Thursday, February 27, 2014. I had done 195 before, and was quite happy to reach 205. with under a minute to go, kathy convinced me to try 210. SUCCESS! A new 10 rep max! The second wod was pretty gross! An 8:00 AMRAP with the two of us doing rounds of 6 power cleans, 12 burpees over bar (barf) and 12 wallballs. again, we recruited fig as our judge! Sunday, September 21, 2014. A double ugly birthday wod . So last week ince thought it would be a great idea to do a birthday 'fran'. i disagreed. the mighty one bettered it - let's do a birthday 'fran' and 'grace'. so let's do 45 fucking thrusters, 45 fucking pullups, rest a bit and finish up with 30 clean and jerks at 95lbs! Gee thanks for throwing that idea into his head ince! Only thing missing was a bunch of fucking burpees (shaking fist) . Now that's a zucchini! Came across this guy and his buddies!
