Thursday, September 27, 2012. Yesterday, I tried to start off with the mean green juice. I couldn't get it down. I think it was the celery. It honestly smelled like vomit. Which is peculiar, as I do like celery. Last night, I was back to carrot, apple, pear. Today, I juiced breakfast, had veggies for lunch and dinner, and will juice again tonight. I made a delicious cucumber, tomato, red onion salad with apple cider vinegar. No bowel issues as of yet, but I did have a bit of a stomach ache last night.

Its like clean white fresh crispy paper because stepped on. Technology allows us to get the dirty piece of paper back to its once white fresh crispy self.
