And entry-level professional jobs were virtually impossible to c...

Steering by the Stars: July 2011
http://jessicamelnick.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
Steering by the Stars. Musings and merriment from an unabashed dreamer. Thursday, July 21, 2011. My husband and I recently watched the movie Grown Ups. With Adam Sandler. Let's just say that hit close to home. Of course, the life ...

We're so lucky having this kind of terrain virtually on our doorstep. THE GLORY GIRLS (2).

Romantic Suspense from Anna Louise Lucia. Monday, January 31, 2005. Sometimes, when writing a book, I feel like I'm discovering a story, not writing it. Let me give you an example. In the scene, the heroine saw the face of a little girl at the window of the car she swerved to avoid. I finished it, edited it, submitted it, and it was rejected. And just this morning, driving the stretch of road that inspired that opening scene, I suddenly remembered the little girl, and just as suddenly realised who she is.
