Which is fairly new and has been set up by people who have previously been at KOTO. It’s a really good, really classy restaurant. Top quality food and service for 30 US$. Brilliant. After a morning spent looking at the Cham ruins near Hoi An, we came back to town looking for a late lunch and found our way to The Market Restaurant and cookery School, which is on An Hoi Islet.
