Bringing my secondary passion to the front and giving it a space to grow. Gone are the Days. Gone are the days I let the bad days get to me. Gone are the days where I cry for it to stop. Gone are the days where I accept the darkness as ‘a part of me’. Gone are the days that I give in without a fight. It’s time to stand up. It’s time to fight. It’s time to use my strength. It’s time to use my anger to conquer it once and for all. Today is a new day and I won’t be beaten. Today is a new start, a clean slate.

I think the scariest thing about mental health issues and especially depression is the likelihood of it coming back, of you relapsing, of sliding back down into the darkness.
