Thursday, January 19, 2012. Fancy Food Show 2012. After two days at the show I my feet where aching and I didn't want to try one more sample. I did come across a sign that let the participants know some of the health benefits from participating in the show. When you walk the entire show (which I did twice) you walk about 10,000 steps.
