Admittedly I didn’t have to do this, but hey ho, you can’t place hundreds of tabs with Appearance changing statements on them and not expect me to click on them and fiddle. Just not on. Anyway, fingers crossed this will get me where I want to be. I guess it’s not the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do, so that’s ok. Still less than happy about this though😦. While fruit is great for you, it is always better to combine it with protein so you feel fuller for longer. Strained Greek-styled yogurt is high in protein and low in carbs.
