Tuesday, March 09, 2010. Went for a day-trip up to the Knuckles Range today with Maggie, Ewen and Padma. It was great to get out of Kandy and Rangala House where we went is such a relaxing place to spend the day. Because it's been so hot recently we left very early this morning so that we could go for a walk while it was still relatively cool. Monday, December 27, 2004. It's been very, very hot since I got here - in the high 30s most days. On Christmas Day we had lunch with some family friends and then in the evening had dinner with my cousin and her family. My cousin moved out here from the UK this year, so it was quite strange to have Christmas with family here in Australia - the first time in 22 years!
