Just a small one (mantra for life, not a personal statement). My blog. Musings, a chance to get things off my chest or just pass comment. Saturday, 24 July 2010. How do we perceive 70 degrees (F)? Cold Short and sweet. Three years ago that would have me bearing my pasty flesh to all and sundry. Heading for the nearest public house to slake a thirst. Jumper, long legged trousers, warming drinks. Its funny how ones perception changes. Posted by Stuart Robinson. Thursday, 15 July 2010. 1) old friends;.

Soliloquy n. 1. the act of talking to oneself: Plan D
http://tonymcevoy.blogspot.com/2014/08/plan-d.html
1 the act of talking to oneself. Monday, August 04, 2014. 3rd consecutive day of closed mountain meant we had used up plans B and C and had to scratch around for a D. But came up with another enjoyable day. Drove the 47km to Whakapapa Village in convoy with the Rhodes clan. W'papa is the other ski field on the northern side of Mt Ruapehu and the village is at the base. A lot smaller than Ohakune. Posted by norven munky. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Tuesday, January 31, 2006. Sky Sports Back-Track on Scaloni Deal. Sky Sports are now quoting West Ham as saying that they have not yet signed Scaloni, but he is. One of two players they are pursuing. The Academy of Football: Academy v. Portsmouth
http://theacademyoffootball.blogspot.com/2007/08/academy-v-portsmouth.html
The Academy of Football. Tuesday, August 28, 2007. Academy v. Portsmouth. A sad day for the academy as they failed to claim their first point of the season. From the Official Site). West Ham United's Under-18s fell to a 1-0 defeat away at Portsmouth after being only minutes away from taking home their first point of the season. A low left-foot shot went agonisingly under the feet of the boys in the West Ham wall and into the corner of the net. He added: "It was the only decent shot they had on goal, but ...

The Academy of Football: Where Are They Now: San Lee
http://theacademyoffootball.blogspot.com/2007/08/where-are-they-now-san-lee.html
The Academy of Football. Wednesday, August 15, 2007. Where Are They Now: San Lee. While reading the last post something caught my eye. it seems the U17s flew into Jeju where they are preparing for the U17 World Cup. That was familiar becuase that is now the home of ex-academy player San Lee (or Lee San depending on how you do it). From a Premiership Academy to the Eastern Counties Football League First Division to the K-League (1st to 10th to South Korea) what a ride. at least he is playing somewhere.

Academy trainee Jordan Spence went the full 90 and had a realistic look at the situation after the game. He says:. We'd have to admit we did not play as well as we can,. Signs of a honest leader.
