Just another WordPress.com weblog. Archive for June, 2008. June 24, 2008. Tomorrow we leave for the West Highland Way, at 8 in the morning….yikes! We have done pretty well with sponsorship, with around 350 at last count-ish but there is a lot of donations still to be included in this….so we may well reach our target of 500 and have to scale the heights of Ben Nevis! This part of the walk takes us round the shore of Loch Lomond. Walk from Rowardennan to Inverarnan. Starting to leave Loch Lomond. Walk from Inverarnan to Tyndrum. Part of the Way here is an old military road. Walk from Tyndrum to Kingshouse. Walk from Kingshouse to Kinglochleven. Walk from Kinlochleven to Fort William.

I received a phone call from Mr Nyasulu this morning at around 5.30 to tell me that the party was about to board their flight for London, and as I write this (at 3.15pm) they will probably making their descent into London Heathrow.
