Whidbey Island Garden Tour. Photo by Chris Rose. How Can I Volunteer? The 2016 Tour is scheduled for Saturday, June 18. The Pre-tour is Friday, June 17. We would love to have your participation! Positions are available for the pre-tour from 3:30 to 7 pm, and on the day of the tour from 9:30 am to 4 pm.
