https://wildfeatherhikes.wordpress.com/2016/04/25/cdt-day-10-from-sandy-canyons-to-friendly-faces-in-silver-city

A north-bound journey on the Continental Divide. CDT Day 10: From Sandy Canyons to Friendly Faces in Silver City. April 25, 2016. Miles Hiked: 14.5. I pack up and start hiking around 7:45 AM. A north-bound journey on the Continental Divide. CDT Day 15: From Sulking To Soaking. April 30, 2016. Still disappointed with my decision to take this route, I wake up anxious to get this highway walk over with. While packing up camp I spill my coffee… G reat, it’s going to be a long day. So many times did I want to stop and ask for a ride but kept convincing myself, just two more miles. I continue my stupid walk. My feet were taking a beating with every pounding step. I wanted to rest so badly so I ...

Field Biology, Wilderness, Conservation. Fungi, Mosses and Lichen. A Red Spotted Toad Predator 5/18/12. One evening we set out on a hike to look for snakes in the rock outcrops near a desert arroyo. The nearby desert spring was full which draws special attention since the water tends to draw in new and interesting critters during the night. Looking into the spring, I immediately noticed a Giant Water Bug and upon a closer look I noticed it had a Red Spotted toad in it’s grasp! An Old C. atrox 9/21/12.

Satyric play: FRENCH WINES UNDER THE FEET by Jeseppi Trade Wildfeather. Monday, June 01, 2009. The communists believe that they are comrades. Conservatism, liberalism, and even spiritualism all lumped together in one pasture tolerating. A multiplicity of beasts we gladly refer to as "consumers". Just as a final note: I failed as a father because I was unable to provide enough capabilities for consuming to my former family. They said I did not love them. Ahhhh.
