The windermere way is a long distance path that takes you right around Lake Windermere Click Here. Millerground and Adelaide Hill. This is one of my favourite walks, it’s only short but it’s great for families as there’s plenty of distractions along the way. It’s also the best access to Lake Windermere along the whole of the eastern shore.

Behind Post Knott lies Brantfell. Cross the stile and follow the cairns to the top. You can now see pretty much all of the lake from here.
