Chelveston Wind Farm Community Benefit Fund 2017. Who are the Trustees? Each of the four parishes provides two Trustees. The initial or Founding Trustees were directly appointed by the sponsoring Parish Councils, one until 2015 and one until 2017. After that, all the Trustees will be appointed or elected by each parish for a four year term, with half the Trustees standing down every two years. Each parish has chosen their own method of appointing or electing their Trustees.
