Winds of Change Canada. Capstone Project at the University of Toronto. Winds of Change has been working closely with the faculty of Industrial and Mechanical Engineering at the University of Toronto since the spring of 2014. The design and build of the windmill has been the result of the efforts of twelve students over two academic years, under the guidance of Assistant Professor Amy Bilton. In fact, the wind was sufficiently strong as to invoke the automatic brake that disengaged the rotor.
