Thursday, October 18, 2012. We made one more quick stop in SLC for the Utah vs. USC game, and were lucky enough to catch LDS General Conference that weekend too. Virginia colored a Sleeping Beauty coloring page for an HOUR of the flight. It was fantastic. Still totally crazy about Sleeping Beauty- not the princess, but the whole package. Monday, August 27, 2012. Charlotte Beverly Winegar was born August 10 in the afternoon. The labor was short, which made giving birth without the luxury of an epidural a little more bearable. (Ugh. I wouldn't wish it on anyone.) Charlotte was 7 lb 8 oz. and 20 inches. She has been a delight so far. The sisters are beyond thrilled about having her home. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Saturday, October 9, 2010. I just got back from the Utah Quilt Guild Quiltfest which is the yearly "convention." This year's Quiltfest was held at Zermatt in Midway. It started on Tuesday and ends Saturday. (I came home on Friday- enough is enough! This quilt hangs in a museum in Kentucky so we couldn't see it, but she's made a smaller version which she shows at classes and seminars. The detail is stupendous! Saturday, February 8, 2014. Hawaii 2013 (Part 2). I had grand intentions of adding a lot more photos, but this will have to do. There are just too many pictures and memories to include them all. Boy, we love Hawaii. Gordon's first Christmas was fantastic. We woke up early and hiked an incredible hike to the top of Koko Head, which was a great way to start the day. Top of Koko Head. This was on Waikiki Beach. Gordon was so easy to take along and would just nap on the beach. It was so pleasant.
