Wednesday, 12 November 2014. Weekly weigh in. Week 30. So I've made a change. It's just a little change really but I hope it's enough to sort me. I changed my weigh day from Monday to Wednesday. I hope this will help when I save syns to use over the weekend, give them time to readjust before weigh day. So I didn't weigh on Monday this week but today is Wednesday and here's the weight stats. I really did try hard though and limited my syns to around 40. I know I just have to accept that I lose weight slowly these days but I just long to see those pounds melt away. Thursday, 30 October 2014. Weekly weigh in. Week 28. So I thought this week's weigh in stats actually proves the quote above if you think about it . Interesting to compare week 21, which was the week of my one stone loss, when I was last this weight and although I am 10st 3lb on both weeks, the stats do differ slightly.
