Leek and Mushroom Soup. 3 tsp fresh thyme, or 1 tsp dried Thyme. 6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) butter. 2 pounds mushrooms, chopped. 3 large leeks, chopped. 6 cups chicken or vegetable stock. 1 1/2 tsp salt. 3/4 tsp black pepper. Top each portion with generous serving of thyme cream. 12 oz Tilapia fillets.

I love adding seasonal changes to the kitchen window sill to liven up my kitchen. There are two big casement style windows in my kitchen that allows plenty of natural light into the room. Pretty yellow pansies in blue willow tea cups make a beautiful display. I placed the pansies in peat pots for easy watering.
