Never, ever did I imagine being wheeled out of a hospital with a breast pump instead of a baby. I had a real hard time coming to terms with it. I’ve spent a lot of time crying. The good news is that she is a big stronger today and is out of the critical period. So now we just have to be patient and allow her to grow stronger and stronger.

I had an easy, speedy, all drug free labor and delivery. Unfortunately, though she is a sick little girl that will be needed at least a week in the NICU.
