Woof Factory: Kiyoshi Benefit Fund
http://wooffactory.blogspot.com/2008/10/kiyoshi-benefit-fund.html
Tuesday, October 28, 2008. Last week, just a few miles from where I live, 3 Akitas went missing when the dogs escaped following a car crash on the Interstate. With relentless searching by their family and volunteers from surrounding neighborhoods, all 3 were found within a few days. Two of the dogs were OK. One dog, Kiyoshi, was hit by a car last Wednesday before searchers could grab him. Hills, IA 52235. Read the KCCI story and watch video. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). What is the WOOF Factory?

Dog Art by Stephanie Fitzsimmons. A Tribute to a Very Good Dog. IN LOVING MEMORY OF VEGAS, 3.23.02 to 12.12.12. Sometimes a little thing reroutes the path of your life and you are forever changed. For me, that little thing was a puppy. When we got him, he was scared of grass and bikes and big dogs and he hated the hot of the summer but he was brave and a fast learner and quickly accepted all these unfamiliar things. And he grew up to be an awesome, beautiful best friend. February 2004. When he looks at m...

Tuesday, May 23, 2006. But your sock tastes so good! Thursday, May 18, 2006. Illustration Friday: angels and devils. It's hard to be good when it's so fun being bad. Especially when you're cute and have 4 legs and a tail. Thanks to the nice Spring weather I missed a few (uh.several) weeks of Illustration Friday. But I'm back - if I can force myself to stay indoors and get some work done! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). RetroFire Design - VISIT THE WEBSITE. Woof Factory - dog art and photography.

Sunday, December 09, 2007. Lots of little things - chihuahuas! Based on an illustration I recently completed for Dogster.com. Minus some collar bling and a sweater. When searching for a reference photo, I found that it is quite difficult to find a good photo of a Chi in which the Chi is not being used to amuse the owner who has dressed him up. And/or posed him in a ridiculous setting. But I did find these "Greetings From Floyd". Postcards, which I thought were brilliant! Great work, excellent, really nice.

RetroFire Design: July 2006
http://retrofiredesign.blogspot.com/2006_07_01_archive.html
Monday, July 17, 2006. I ripped my heart out.for you. Drawn in illustrator and I added a cloud photo background. I illustrated these 4 cute skulls this morning. The background is from a rusted old broken heater from my garage. We replaced the heater this winter but I haven't thrown the old one away yet. The fact is, I can't bear to discard it because I think the rust is beautiful. It makes a wonderful background! These will be available at. On some 1" buttons I'm designing soon. RetroFire Design: March 2006

Monday, March 27, 2006. The green-eyed monster, walks. His dog. Making monsters is a fave of mine, so this was a fun one. I drew the monster first, then thought he needed some kind of accessory which turned into his dog. Do monsters have dogs? Here's Envy the monster dog, zoomed in:. Envy the monster dog is inspired by Catori. One of my 3 furry four-legged monsters. He's not green, but he is very animated, and somehow this reminds me of his silly expressions. Sunday, March 19, 2006. Big, furry front feet.

Sunday, July 27, 2008. The WOOF Factory mascots. Got a new 6 foot privacy fence. For the dogs this means no more views of little bunnies sitting on the opposite side of the chain link fence. Bunnies that can be seen and not touched cause dogs to bark excitedly. Usually at 2:00 in the morning. Humans don't like that. Note we have green on the top (trees) and no green on the bottom (grass). However we do have the crazy urge to install one of these "boredom solutions":. Sunday, July 6, 2008. Basset boy hang...

Saturday, May 31, 2008. Swimming at the Lake. Vegas swimming at Saylorville Lake. Originally uploaded by WOOF Factory. Vegas is my 6-year-old German Shepherd who LOVES LOVES LOVES water. I tossed small rocks just out of his reach for about an hour. He dives and bounces after the rocks. I've tried bringing tennis balls, his other love. no interest he just wants to go after rocks. I took my shoes off and squished my feet in the soft sand while Vegas dunked his head repeatedly in the water. Come enjoy the m...
