We're Learning As We Go. Tuesday, June 16, 2015. On June 4th, Emery went in for endoscopic sinus surgery to have nasal polyps removed and to get her sinuses cleaned out. It ended up taking about 2 hours to do the procedure and afterwards her doctor said it was a really good thing that we brought her in.
