Last year on our September trip we found a very nice place to stay, Linville Falls Lodge. But we were just passing through, on a big loop from our home in Wheeling, WV to Deals Gap and back home. Five days and a different place every night. A very nice trip, but every day we had a certain distance to cover. Not hard but some days got very tiring. When: June 24,2006 to June 28,2006.
