The conversion of the Old Vicarage, along with a number. Of substantial extensions, now provides a modern, light and airy environment. The building is double glazed, and has thermostatically controlled radiators in every room for the maximum comfort of each individual resident. More recently, air conditioning has been installed in some areas of the Home, to cool the building over the hot summer months.

The Home has extensive gardens, carefully maintained all year round. There are a large number of mature trees around the grounds, and plenty of traditional wildlife for those interested in the countryside.
