pages,recipe index,非常抱歉,最棒食谱~点心开店至今才出现,原本答应的烧卖聚会也无法出席,心里实在对may姐有点亏欠,无奈身体有些状况,幸亏may姐的体谅,当may姐说今天上粥时,我无论如何也要赶上这班车,冰厨还剩上个月南瓜月没来得及消灭的南瓜,冰格有家婆特地送来的排骨,就觉得来个排骨南瓜粥,南瓜放得少了些,所以颜色并不鲜明,排骨被我腌了一天很入味,简简单单的粥,放入电子砂锅里晚上开着电,明早就能享用了,现代的发明还真省时,不必守在煤气前,一边搅 一边煮,也不必怕它焦底,美味开动!!

Aunty Young(安迪漾). 感恩拥有,乐意分享,展望未来。 Wednesday, 12 August 2015. 迷你班兰蛋挞(Mini Pandan Egg Tarts). 最近,几轮的凉风密雨,我家的班兰叶如雨后春笋,茂密横生。 看着就不能耐,随即修斩了数丛,搅拌成汁,好做糕点。 1。内馅 :. 将班兰液小火煮溶黄糖,置旁 待冷。把鸡蛋打匀, (不用打到发),然后加入生奶和凉班兰糖水拌匀,过筛即可。 用手把所有挞皮材料搓匀成团,将团分成40份(每份约12克),取一份铺在迷你蛋挞模型里慢慢按, 要按到薄薄一层,完成40个模子备用。 3。 将做法(1)的内馅倒入铺好挞皮的模子中(约9分满,因为烤好后会下沉一些),放入预热烤箱175度(温度视个人烤箱而定),烤约20-25 分钟。 因为之前做烘焙,有剩余的三香叶(斑斓,香茅,疯柑)煮水,我一并用来搅拌班兰汁,个人觉得,有影响到班兰内馅。不但没有苦涩之味,还有股芳香的美味。 Concentrate pandan juice 70g. Friday, 5 September 2014. 即溶白咖啡粉 60克( 2包) 热水 2杯(500克) 搅拌均匀. 炼乳 或 细砂糖 1汤匙(如果需要). 1)先将材料(A)煮滚,然后放进球形模子里,待凝固。做出蛋黄。 2)把(B)的材料放进锅子里煮滚,熄火。倒入合适的小杯子(就是用来蒸发糕或烤满芬的杯子即可)。然后放入一颗(1)的蛋黄菜燕,待凝固备用。 3)将(C)的材料煮滚,然后过滤。(去掉泡泡). 4)倒入少许的(3)白咖啡燕菜水在大月饼模里,等待稍微凝结,就放入一个杯子里的炼乳蛋黄馅。 5)把冷后的燕菜放入冰箱里等待凝固,2个小时后即可脱模切开享用的。 I am submitting this post to Best Recipes for Everyone (August 2014 Event: Mooncake).
