A home studio sounds different. Will we be practicing in your living room? Our home has a mother-in-law suite with it’s own entrance and bathroom. It is a sun filled room with hardwood floors and french doors spilling out onto a lush backyard where we will occasionally practice. Are class sizes limited? Yes Let us know how many times per week you’d like to attend classes, and which sessions you will most likely attend. Where are you located? What if I sign up to do twice a week and miss a class?

Vegan Lifestyle: Eating Clean. After many years of maintaining a vegetarian diet, I recently began to do research and investigate the possibility of a vegan diet. A lover of cheese, ice cream and plenty of butter and homemade ghee, vegan just seemed too extreme, too weird, and really. who could imagine a world without cheese? To us, eating clean means choosing food locally grown whenever possible, avoiding processed foods, avoiding sugar and most important to us, no animal products.

A more challenging class incorporating breath with movement for beginners and intermediate students. For the intermediate/advanced students with a clear understanding of the Anusara Principles of Alignment who want to raise the bar of their practice. More advanced poses are introduced. This class has less adjustments as the instructor practices with the class.
