Summer skies baking my skin, French fries malt vinegar. Wild cries from coaster rides, funny how I remember. The line seems to wind forever, for such a fleeting thrill. This life, Hotter and faster it burns, harder to handle the turns. Stretching me out at the seams, more often begging God please. As a child in no hurry, make believed and played. Grown up now swept by worry, like a tidal wave. Can I trust like a child, even though I’ve grown? Tearing apart at the seams, more often begging God please.
