Young Voices taking action. The UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities was agreed by the UN in March 2007. Since then it has been signed by over 170 countries. The Convention re-affirms that people with disabilities have human rights just like everybody else. It also sets out specific things that all countries that have agreed to the Convention must do to make those rights a reality. You can download the text of the Convention here. Kinder- en jeugdkoor “Young Voices” is opgericht in 1979. Het koor bestaat uit drie leeftijd categorieën. Vanaf 4 jaar kunnen de kinderen terecht in de Koorklas, waar de kinderen spelende wijs de liedjes leren met soms ook leuke dansjes.
