Since i moved to NYC in 2005, i reduced my budget for buying clothes and shoes every year. The reason why i decrease the money amount is that I recognized sale cycle of fashion retailars. Especially, New York is haven to take sale high quailty garment if you know the cycle! This is not for fashionista and rich people! 3 Keep in mind!

If you don't feel hungry, it's ok to skip the breakfast. Many nutritionists recommend to eat breakfast. In my opinion, if you don't hungry, that mean you don't need to eat high cal protein food. Just drink water of simple ice tea without hugar. Milk with black soy bean powder. Korean Soup with rice, steam eggs, vegetable dishes. Sweet Potato 1 piece, water.

I tried to keep my menu based on vegetable. Fishes( Chose white fish with grilling). When you choose seafood or fish, try to avoid salmon and tuna. they are better than meat but high calories. 9th day - Monday Menu. Breakfast - Bagel with cream cheese, coffee. Lunch - spicy noodle. 10th day Tuesday Menu.

Normally, my cram is not really bad but this time is a little bit hard because of delaying 10days. Most of ladies are struggling Premenstrual syndrome. PMS. Make you eating dis-order. In my case, I eat less than I am in normal days but I gain a weight because my exercise is reduced due to. So I will give the tip of diet during Period.
