Spoon Bar and Kitchen Review. October 4, 2014. The black shmear underneath the tartare is lava salt. On top, there is a blob of caviar. Unfortunately, I can’t remember what was in the orange sauce, but it was tangy. The watermelon was a pleasant palate cleanser. My dad and thought this was a great way to start the meal, but my mom felt that the raw salmon was too fishy. Yellowtail, Texas ruby red grapefruit, Ligurian olive oil, and shiso. Octopus sashimi, pickled Chanterelle mushroom, ponzu, and trout roe.

Baked Chicken with Herbs. 也可加配菜如 . :. 1 如加配菜, 而其中又有薯仔的說話, 先洗乾淨薯仔, 水滾下薯仔, 用中火連皮烚30-40分鐘。 將雞清除內臟, 洗淨略抹後, 用粗鹽抹勻雞內外, 醃約15分鐘。 將醃餡放入雞內, 再於雞內外略加橄欖油, 塗混後, 醃至少15-30分鐘。 4 如有, 先將薯仔(皮向上) 連同其他切好的配菜舖於焗碟或盤墊底, 下適量海鹽及橄欖油, 上面才放要焗的雞。 3 150度預熱焗爐, 差不多可以時, 下少許橄欖油於雞, 掃混於雞面後, 爐熱放雞入焗爐, 先焗約16-18分鐘。 4 焗好一面後, 從焗爐取出雞反轉, 將剩餘的醃汁淋於雞面,再下少許橄欖油, 掃混於雞面, 再焗約16-19分鐘。 6 雞焗好後, 拿出, 待5-10分鐘後, 即可切或剪開享用。 藥膳湯 Tonic Soup (4).
