No snatchin' today, still a little sore on the right hand, but got some good overhead work in anyway. Also had a good night with the grip work. Sit&Reach, Lower/Upper Body Twist, Shoulder Sweep, ASLR, Rolling Pattern. SLDL 24/24KGx5/5 - 3 sets. 2KB Press 24/24KGx5, 32/32KGx5,4. The 32's got heavy. :-). 1 x3/3 - 2 sets. 2 choked to 1" x4/4. Still easier on the right. Ab wheel x5 - 2 sets.

The BW get ups has some breakdown drill in them for movement prep. The BU felt good for the first time back in a bit. Snatch vo2(36:36) 16KGx18 - 10 sets. That's it for now. Felt good moving with 2 bells.but needs more practice. Pistol 12KGx1/1 - 4 sets. KB held by horns for counter balance/5-10 sec pause in the hole while lengthening back before driving up. 2KB Snatch 16/16KGx10 - 4 sets. Again, felt good but needs more practice. Mod Brettzel, Pump/Pry, PP Face Wall Squat.

Training to Learn and Learning to Train. Monday, February 23, 2009. 2/22/09 Injured and some shoulders. I may have torn my previously injured left biceps again yesterday. It feels like it anyways. Tried to do some shoulder work and see how it feels. 4 sets of 2X30X10. Lots of icing on the biceps, we will see. Saturday, February 21, 2009. Pressed for time this morning had to move along. Everything feeling good at the end. Friday, February 20, 2009. Wednesday, February 11, 2009. 4 sets of skull crushers.
