Monday, 3 June 2013. Chocolate Salty Balls of Bliss. Be prepared to die when you pop one of my balls in your mouth! A statement I've heard many a time. Can I just say that if you have a food processor (I'm jealous) just chuck everything in and blitz. I unfortunately don't have one so have gone the old fashioned way. Believe it or not I quite like having to massage the mix. It's quite therapeutic. 2 cups almond meal. 5-6 tbsp shredded coconut. 1 cup pumpkin seeds (pepita). 1 dried cup apricots - soaked.

Wednesday, 5 June 2013. Yellow Cashew Rice - Rice Cooker Cookin'. Was I the only one dumb to the fact that my rice cooker could do more than just cook rice? What about frying then? Yes you can mother fucking fry too! So here is my Yellow Cashew rice which is cooked entirely in the rice cooker. Did I tell you you can cook more than rice in your rice cooker? Feel free to substitute the cashews for any other favourite nut or try adding some dried fruits such as apricots or sultanas. 1 med onion sliced.
