Sonntag, 21. Februar 2010. Portugal - Fighting against the best. On the 5th of february I left Austria for the first training-camp of this year. We were 15 runner of the Austrian National and Junior-Team, two trainer and one suisse-guy. The target of the travel was Portugal. We lived in three Apartments that were 150m away from the atlantic. This was the view out of the living-room:. We had two fast trainings with SIs, one night-training, one partner-training and some middle and long-distance-trainigs.

Sonntag, 25. April 2010. Last weekend the orienteering-season also started in Austria. The Austrian Championships over the Sprint-distance took place in Vienna. The competition area was a typical park with some smaller forest-areas and some small ponds. It was really nice that the elite and junior categories started before all other categories so we could watch them. That is ways to much. I think that ca. 1 minute were the mistakes and the rest was his faster speed. Here you have find the Results.

Freitag, 31. Juli 2009. Oringen 2009 and Junior Camp. Like last year, I also took part at Oringen. This year Oringen was held in the small city Eksjö. But before Oringen Robi (we traveled together) and I joined the Junior Camp to do some trainings for Oringen. We did five trainings in different terrains. Dienstag, 22. Juni 2010. Karten 3. und 4. AC Grafenschlag. Extremst blöder fehler zum 10er und 11er. der rest is geschichte. haxn waren/sind sehr gut gewesen. 4 AC, Langdistanz.
