Consider me schooled! 1 lb Beef (ground or chunk). 1/3 cup brown sugar. 188; cup red wine vinegar. 3 Tbs soy sauce. 1 can pineapple tidbits, separated from juice (keep juice). I wanted to make a good banana cream pie from scratch- you know, none of that instant pudding kind? Yeah- this recipe is pretty fabulous! 3 c cooked rice.
